It says 'IN_PROGRESS' after my payment status; what does this mean?

If you look at your invoices in your account and you see the status 'IN_PROGRESS' after an invoice, this means that the payment via iDEAL has not been successful. You may not pay twice using iDEAL. In this case, you can remit the invoice amount via a separate bank transfer. You must then report the information in the invoice so that we can see that the payment is linked to your invoice.

When will I receive the Reporting Code from the vehicle I have won?

You will receive the Reporting Code that belongs to the car or other vehicle you have won as soon as we have received and accepted the payment for the lot. BVA Auctions will contact you about this.
