When can I expect a response to my mail?

You will be sent an automatic acknowledgement of receipt confirming that the email will be processed within 2 working days. Your complaint will be dealt with and, if applicable, will be submitted to the provider of the lot on your behalf. We will inform you about this and will also give an estimated time frame when we expect to come back with a proposal.
