How do I lodge a complaint?

Send an email to our Customer Service department

At BVA Auctions, customer satisfaction is important to us. Yet sometimes not everything goes according to plan. To lodge a complaint you can send a message to the Customer Service department with the contact form.

If on collection the lot differs from the state in which it was on the viewing day and as described in the lot description, you can discuss this on the spot with the staff members from BVA Auctions.
