When you are under the impression that the period of 7 days has been exceeded, we would like to be informed.
We will then check the shipment with the supplier for you. If you have not been informed of the delivery date within the stated delivery period (via Track & Trace or an appointment by telephone), we kindly request you to contact our Customer Service department with your client details, delivery address and lot number (this information is stated on your invoice).

BVA can be reached via live CHAT. Our chat employees are available the entire week (Mondays - Sundays) from 08:00 - 22:00. You can click on the button below when you want to make use of customer services. You can find this on the screen of our website at the bottom right-hand corner.
You can also complete the contact form. The contact forms are answered from Mondays - Thursdays between 08:00 - 20:00 and on Fridays between 08:00 - 17:30.
BVA Auctions can be reached by telephone from Mondays - Thursday from 08:00 - 20:00 and on Fridays from 08:00 - 17:30. During the weekend and on Dutch public holidays, BVA Auctions will not be available by telephone.
