What is the procedure on a collection day?


On arrival, you can report to one of our employees. It is essential that you bring a printed copy of your invoice or that you can show it on your mobile phone. Our employees will check whether payment has been credited to our account. When payment is completed, or when you pay on location, you will receive a delivery slip as confirmation. Thereafter, one of our employees will take you to the purchased lot(s). You are responsible yourself for any dismantling and for picking up the lot(s).
