After paying with iDeal, you can print and/or save a payment confirmation from your bank. We also send a confirmation of payment. In the case of a bank transfer, you will not receive a confirmation. Keep in mind that the processing time will be 2-3 days.
If you would like to know whether your payment has been processed after 2-3 days and it still has not appeared in your account, we advise you to contact the finance department.
