Are different lots all delivered at the same time?


BVA collaborates with different clients, who in turn cooperate with different distributors. This can mean that not all products on your invoice will be delivered at the same time.

If, within the specified delivery time, no delivery date is known to you (by Track&Trace codes or by telephone), we request that you contact us by email ([email protected]), including your customer details, delivery address and lot number (this information is stated on your invoice).

We will contact you within two working days.
