Can I leave my lot on the collection day if it does not meet my expectations?

You can also return the purchased lot immediately or leave it on the day of pick-up for no reason. This is of course only possible if you have a right of withdrawal on the lot and have a private account. Please take into account the time period that the pick-up day is open. As soon as you have returned the lot, a form will be filled in. The full purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. This means that you will be refunded the amount bid, the auction fee and any VAT. It is not possible to give the amount directly to you in cash on the collection day. Attention: If you do not pick up the lot without informing us, you are in default. This means that your account may be blocked. Note: If no form is filled out on location, the purchase amount will not be refunded either.
