What is a lot subject to seller's approval?

Some lots are subject to acceptance. You will find this stated on the relevant lot in the following text: 'Allocation to the highest bidder occurs after acceptance by the seller'. This means that the seller determines after the end of an auction whether or not the lot will be allocated to the highest bidder. BVA Auctions has no influence on this. You will be informed by email after the close of the auction whether or not your lot will be allocated.

The seller has the right to do this provided it has been stated beforehand on the lot.

The aim is to inform you of this within 48 hours (on working days) after the close of the auction.
