How do I report a lot return?

If the right of withdrawal is available with the relevant lot, you are a private individual and you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, then you must personally put in a return request. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Return request

in the email accompanying the invoice, you can click on the link to request a return: 'return lot', or through your account under 'my details', you can request to return the lot in the 'Service Page'. This is not possible using the app, mobile telephone or tablet. Follow the steps as indicated.

Step 2: Returning

(first read "return request")

After requesting a return, you should take the following steps:

- Package the lot securely, preferably in the original packaging, and make sure that the lot is returned complete (including accessories and original papers).

- Stick the printed return form on the lot so that it can easily be read.

- When returning the lot via a parcel service, always ask for a tracking number or shipping confirmation. Any costs for returning the lot are at your own expense. Keep the shipping confirmation until you receive an email confirming receipt of your shipment from BVA Auctions.

- After BVA Auctions has received and checked your return, we will send you an email confirmation. In this email, there will also be information about the refund.
